Chase E-xact Payment Page Configuration

This page describes how to setup a payment page for development/test environments with Chase E-xact.

Contact Chase or E-xact for registration and go-live procedures for production environments.

Registration

Register for a trial demo user account at https://provision-demo.e-xact.com/signup.

Login

Following registration, login to your trial demo account at https://rpm.demo.e-xact.com.

Payment Page Creation

Navigate to Payment Pages in the Chase/E-xact portal:

Select “Create a New Payment Page”:

Configure the Page with, at minimum, the following:

  1. General:
    1. Payment Page Title: A unique name for your pay page.
    2. “Return to Your Site” URL: A URL that can be used by a customer to return to your site without completing payment. E.g. a link to your portal
  2. Payment Types
    1. Select Credit Card Payments and/or Interac Payments per your requirements
  3. Receipt Page
    1. Select “Automatic linking to the receipt page including result parameters using HTTP POST method (AUTO-POST)” or “Link to the receipt page including result parameters using HTTP POST method (POST)”. Other options are not currently supported.
    2. For “Receipt Link URL”, enter the path to the Connect 365 Chase payment handler: https://{Connect 365 URL}/api/chase/pay/complete.
    3. Authorize.Net Protocol – Relay Response Settings and Authorize.Net Protocol – Silent Post Settings are not currently supported.
  4. Receipt Emails
    1. Configure per your requirements
  5. Recurring
    1. Recurring payments are not currently supported.
  6. Appearance
    1. Configure per your requirements
  7. Security
    1. For Encryption Type, select MD5. SHA-1 is not currently supported.
    2. Note the Transaction Key value. This will be required for your Chase Connect 365 Settings.
    3. Note the Response Key value. This will be required for your Chase Connect 365 Settings.

Click “Create” to complete, and note the Payment Page ID:
