SharePoint Permission

The SharePoint Permission entity defines which actions will be allowed when a SharePoint Content record is rendered.

Field	Field Requirement	Description
Name	Business Required	The primary name for this permission record.
Entity Logical Name	Business Required	The Entity Logical Name for the entity to which this SharePoint Permission will apply.
Allow Download	Business Required	Whether to allow files in the rendered list to be downloaded. If Allow Download is set to No, the SharePoint list cannot be rendered.
Allow Upload	Business Required	Whether to allow files to be uploaded to the document location selected in the rendered list.
Allow Delete	Business Required	Whether to allow files in the rendered list to be deleted.
Allow Folder Navigation version 1.4+	Business Required	Whether to allow folders within the shown document location to be displayed and navigated
Visibility	Business Required	Defines how the permission will be evaluated based on the following options: Public – The permission will be applied globally to all users regardless of authentication. Allow Upload and Allow Delete are not recommended for this Visibility option. Authenticated – The permission will be applied to all logged-in users. Customer – The permission will be applied only to logged-in users associated to the entity record being viewed in the portal using the Customer Field Name (below).
Customer Field Name	None	Defines which field for the selected Entity Logical Name is used to evaluate a Customer Visibility permission. The field must be a CRM Customer or Lookup field targeting Account or Contact records.

Entity	Description
SharePoint Content	Defines which SharePoint Content this permission will be applied to. Multiple permissions may be applied to a Content record, and permissions may be shared by multiple SharePoint Content records. Only content whose Entity Logical Name value matches the permission's Entity Logical Name value may be associated.
