The SharePoint Permission entity defines which actions will be allowed when a SharePoint Content record is rendered.
|Name||Business Required||The primary name for this permission record.|
|Entity Logical Name||Business Required||The Entity Logical Name for the entity to which this SharePoint Permission will apply.|
|Allow Download||Business Required||Whether to allow files in the rendered list to be downloaded. If Allow Download is set to No, the SharePoint list cannot be rendered.|
|Allow Upload||Business Required||Whether to allow files to be uploaded to the document location selected in the rendered list.|
|Allow Delete||Business Required||Whether to allow files in the rendered list to be deleted.|
|Allow Folder Navigation version 1.4+||Business Required||Whether to allow folders within the shown document location to be displayed and navigated|
Defines how the permission will be evaluated based on the following options:
|Customer Field Name||None||Defines which field for the selected Entity Logical Name is used to evaluate a Customer Visibility permission. The field must be a CRM Customer or Lookup field targeting Account or Contact records.|
Defines which SharePoint Content this permission will be applied to. Multiple permissions may be applied to a Content record, and permissions may be shared by multiple SharePoint Content records.
Only content whose Entity Logical Name value matches the permission's Entity Logical Name value may be associated.
