In this scenario, we will create two different subfolders under a single document location. Different steps on a multi-step portal form will allow you to upload to different folders. This example will use a new custom entity called "Application"

  1. Create a SharePoint Content record for uploading certification documents for applications, using the Custom Document Location:

  2. Create a Document Location Template record for the above content. For this example, we will use a subfolder named Certification under the default document location:

  3. Create another SharePoint Content record for uploading a resume for applications, using the Custom Document Location:

  4. Create a Document Location Template record for the above content. For this example, we will use a subfolder named Resume under the default document location:

  5. Create a SharePoint permissions record for applications, and link it to the two content records created in previous steps:

  6. Include each SharePoint Content web template in its appropriate Web Form Step. Note that for this example, both web form steps refer to an application record created in a previous step:
